1.Additional Hertz Benefits: To access these benefits, customers must visit the Hertz Apple Card portal through the exclusive Hertz link available in either the Merchant Benefits section of Rewards & Offers in the Wallet app or through materials provided to existing Apple Card customers. Additional Hertz Benefits, also known as “Apple Card Benefits fulfilled by Hertz,” are fulfilled by The Hertz Corporation. Apple Inc., Apple Payments Services LLC, a subsidiary of Apple Inc., and Goldman Sachs Bank USA are not responsible for fulfillment of Additional Hertz Benefits. You must be an existing Apple Card customer to access these benefits. Apple Card customers receive additional Hertz car rental benefits (“Additional Hertz Benefits”) by using the exclusive Hertz link to book eligible vehicle rentals in the U.S. (note: when you click the exclusive link, the link will automatically apply the discount code to the reservation). Applicable additional benefits will be applied to a qualifying reservation when using that exclusive link. The Additional Hertz Benefits include: (a) at least 5% discount off the car rental Pay Later base rates (actual amount of discount offered will vary depending on date, location, length of rental, car class and other factors, and taxes, fees, and options are excluded), (b) Free Emergency Roadside Service, (c) one (1) free additional driver (who must have a credit card in their name added to reservation and they must meet standard rental qualifications), (d) and protect your car when you add optional Loss Damage Waiver (LDW), also known as “Protect the car,” vehicle protection at a discounted rate of $16.95 per day (plus tax) and subject to compliance with rental agreement. All Additional Hertz Benefits are available in the U.S. only and provided the renter is not in violation of the rental agreement. Eligible vehicle rentals include cars, SUVs, electric vehicles, minivans, and trucks both rented from and returned to U.S. Hertz corporate locations and when booked through Hertz.com or in the Hertz mobile app. To receive your Additional Hertz benefits, you must complete your booking through the Hertz Apple Card portal. 2.3% Daily Cash, fulfilled by Apple Card is available at participating Hertz locations in the U.S. when using Apple Card with Apple Pay to pay for eligible Hertz vehicle rentals booked through Hertz.com or in the Hertz mobile app. Eligible vehicle rentals include cars, SUVs, electric vehicles, minivans, and trucks both rented from and returned to U.S. Hertz corporate locations (“Qualifying Locations”). Note both corporate and franchise location types are listed on that webpage, but you must select a “corporate” location type to qualify. When reserving an eligible vehicle using the “Pay Later” payment option with Apple Pay, your Apple Card purchase will be processed upon pick up. You will not earn 3% Daily Cash if you choose to pay using another payment method at the pickup counter, even if Apple Pay was used to reserve the vehicle online.
